FAQ
What certifications do your batteries have for international shipping?
A: All Saftec batteries are tested to UN38.3 standards and supplied with MSDS and CE reports. Models for telecom and home storage also have IEC62133. This ensures safe sea and air freight clearance.
How long is the cycle life of your LiFePO4 batteries?
A: Our modules are rated for ≥6000 cycles at 80% depth of discharge, equivalent to 10–15 years of typical residential solar use. Industrial systems under partial cycling can last even longer.
Are your batteries compatible with popular inverters and UPS systems?
A: Yes. Communication via CAN and RS485 makes our modules plug-and-play with leading inverter brands such as Growatt, GoodWe, Fronius, and Victron, as well as standard UPS controllers.
What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ) and typical lead time?
A: MOQ is 1 unit for testing or demo projects. For OEM branding, MOQ usually starts from 50 units. Standard lead time is 7–25 days depending on model and order size.
Do your batteries work in cold climates?
A: Yes. Standard operating range is -20°C to +55°C. For charging below 0°C, we offer optional low-temperature heating kits that allow safe charging even at -15°C.
Can you provide OEM/ODM customization?
A: Yes. We provide logo printing, custom enclosures, communication protocols, and packaging. Several distributors already sell our Powerwall alternatives under their own brand.
How do you pack and ship the batteries?
A: Each module is foam-protected and carton-packed, then palletized for sea or air freight. All shipments include test reports and dangerous goods labels, ensuring smooth customs clearance.
What warranty do you offer?
A: Standard warranty is 5 years for residential use and 3 years for industrial deployments. Extended warranty packages (up to 10 years) are available for large projects.
